Cancellation Policy

1. Booking in Advance • All sessions must be booked online in advance through the Royal Lions Football Club booking system. • A subscription does not automatically reserve spaces — clients are responsible for booking each session individually. 2. Subscription Validity • Subscriptions are sold as either a 4-session block or a 10-session block. • All sessions included in your block must be booked and used within the validity period: • 4-block: valid for 6 weeks from the start date. • 10-block: valid for 3 months from the start date. • Any unused sessions after expiry are non-redeemable and non-refundable. 3. Cancellations and Missed Sessions • Sessions may not be cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time unless the Club gives permission. • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance can be rebooked within the subscription’s validity period. • Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice (without Club approval) will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled. • Missed sessions (no-shows) are also counted as used. 4. Session Changes • Royal Lions Football Club may amend session times, coaches, or venues where necessary. • If the Club cancels a session, the session credit will be returned and can be rebooked. 5. Non-Transferability • Subscriptions and booked sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant. 6. Payment • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchasing the subscription. • Discounts, launch offers, or coupon codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added retroactively. 7. Participation Requirements • Players must arrive on time with appropriate footwear, shin pads, and water. • All participants must follow the Club’s Code of Conduct and respect coaches, teammates, and facilities. ⸻ ⚠️ By purchasing a 4-block or 10-block subscription and booking sessions online, you agree to this Booking Policy.
